Martin Martindale of Greenfield Pork, Andover has been crowned Supreme Champion at this year’s Hampshire Sausage Competition with his Pork and Bramley Apple Sausage; this delicious treat is made using Martin’s Hampshire reared pork, Blackmoor Fruit Farms’s Bramley Apples and Hill Farm’s tangy Bramley Apple Juice.
