How Our Apple
Juice is Made
Hand picked fruit is brought in from the orchards
and carefully hand selected to remove any unsound apples. The apples
are then crushed and gently pressed to extract the juice. The juice
is filteredfor clear varieties and flash pasteurised before being
immediately bottled to lock in the orchard fresh taste. There are
no additives except for ascorbic acid (vitamin C) as an anti-oxidant.
